Transfer Rumor: Marko Maric Signing

Marko Maric is reportedly playing in Lille’s second friendly match of the season. Their next match is this Saturday, against Amiens at Paul-Delmotte de Linselles. The match will kickoff at 18:00H (France time). Key LOSC players such as Sylva, Youla, Makoun, Mirallas, and Odemwingie will play next Saturday. Interesting rumor. I had no idea that Lille was so serious about Maric. I haven’t read anything particularly intreresting about this player. Unless he is underrated, it sounds like Les Dogues are making a bad signing.

It could be that Maric is just a signing to pad the bench, since Lille lost so many players that they don’t have a lot of depth at the moment.
