Potential LOSC Striker Turns Down The Club

Gignac

According to Le Parisien, André-Pierre Gignac, a Lorient striker, will not come to Lille. Toulouse is currently negotiating with Lorient. The transfer fee is expected to come around 4 million euros. Recently I wrote an article about possible strikers that Lille may obtain if the Gignac deal falls apart. It looks like Lille will have to settle for one of these strikers:
Mohamed Tchité (Anderlecht),Bakary Koné (Nice),Carlos Tenorio (Al-Saad),Yoan Gouffran (Caen),and Guillaume Hoarau (Le Havre). Hopefully we can pick up Koné or Gouffran. It seemed to me like Les Dogues were really focused to sign Gignac. How did LOSC let the Gignac deal slip away from them? This transfer season is like pulling teeth from an alligator. Lille keeps trying to recruit people (or so they say!), but the jaws of destiny keep closing the mouth.

I hope that Gignac will sign to Les dogues cause he’ll become a good player! I heard that TFC was offering Gignac twice the wage Lille is offering him…

I’d personally prefer to see Koné play with Losc than Gignac.
