Eastern Europe Loves Odemwingie

It turns out that Peter Odemwingie’s move to VfB Stuttgart is not final. Supposely, they don’t have the 9 million euros for him. Three Eastern European clubs still want him: FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Spartak Moscow, and Lokomotiv Moscow. Odemwingie has played in Lille for three seasons. The Nigerian striker’s mother is Russian. It doesn’t seem that unlikely to me if he plays in Russia. However, I still see him going to a club in Italy or Germany.

  Any idea who the Italian suitors are? I know Roma was mentioned a few months ago but they wouldn’t cough up the 9 mill for a handful of goals.
