Lille played their 24th match of the season away at AS Monaco. The match was played at the monégasque stadium Stade Louis II. Although the match ended in a draw, both squads managed to go down in the table due to other results in the league. In typical Ligue 1 fashion, a match was low scoring. Unfortunately, I was unable to see this match. From the look of the scoreline it seems frustrating and dull, but I heard that it was actually a good draw. Lille still is walking on thin ice near relegation zone. They are 17th place with 28 points. Toulouse currently has 27 points. The relegation fears continue. On the bright side, LOSC has been undefeated in their last eight matches. Les Dogues’ next match is at home to Rennes.
