Gerets made three changes after their wednesday encounter (Ayew, Valbuena, Ziani). Although Kluivert scored Lille’s one goal, he was pretty quiet throughout the match. Surprisingly, Lichtsteiner was key on offense during the first period with numerous chances. Chedjou in the midfield regained many balls for the club. Emerson was responsible for the pass to Kluivert that scored. Sylva played great during the match. He did an amazing job in goal against the mighty marseillais. The 1-1 draw against OM puts LOSC down to 15th place in the table. Relegation zone is just below.

I hate Lille sitting so low on the table. They’re a great side and have what it takes to become a European club. I just wish a. they had more money, and b. they had a good striker.

Lille is sitting so low on the table because basically you guys bought their two best players.
Not a critic but it will take time to replace Bodmer and keita. They’ll recover but it will take time.Posted from
