Close Northern Derby Goes Lille’s Way

A French northern derby ended in Lille’s favor during the 8th week of Ligue 1 football. LOSC played Valenciennes at Stadium Lille Métropole. 14,648 spectators filled the stadium in the northern 48° temperature. Les Rouge et Blanc played tough against Lille all match.
